We just completed our first, only, and last new home construction. This is our dream house and we wanted the best. I don't even remember how I ended up with Noakes but they were nothing less than the BEST. I hooked up with Russ and cannot say enough positive about him, Dan, and Noakes. They are professional, respond to questions, and do what they say they are going to do. I am not sure what to really say other than they are great! I have gone back and submitted reviews of everyone who worked on our house and some were not so fun to write and were pages long of not positive feedback. When you perform like Noakes did for us, the review is short and simple, "they're great". If you are looking at building a new house or just need service on an older one, I HIGHLY recommend Noakes and ask for Russ. Thanks guys for helping make a dream come true! From my experience, you can't go wrong with these guys. Russ would tell you, I have HIGH expectations so this says a lot coming from me.

Just a quick note to tell you how much I am enjoying my new air conditioner that you installed for me. It is SO...nice. The temperature in all of the rooms seems to be consistent, which was a problem in the past. And, to have the air ducts cleaned...that must have really helped. I find that I do not have to dust as often, either. Thanks for an excellent installation...very efficient workers, and timely.

Noakes gave us fast service. Our air conditioner went out one day and Noakes was able to replace our old unit with a new unit the very next day because they had one on hand. The Carrier units that Noakes installed are much easier to clean. We recommend Noakes to everyone we know who is in the market for a new furnace and air conditioner. You can't go anywhere for better service and product.

I've known the guys and gals at Noakes for many years, both personally and professionally. Since they have replaced our rooftop units and installed new heat pump systems a few years ago, we've been happy with how they work. We were treated professionally and could tell everyone was very knowledgeable about the products and services they sell. We also signed up for a service agreement. It leaves us with the peace of mind knowing that all the routine things will get done, and if anything else comes up, they'll let us know and it will be taken care of. I can't believe this new system! It's so quiet we have to go outside to hear it run. We love the added humidifier-you just set it for your comfort level and you never have to touch it again. After 3 months of operation, our electric bill increased 20%, but our natural gas bill was cut by 70% with similar weather. Also would like to thank you for the professional installation. Your system technicians were very helpful and went out of their way to see that every question was answered and explained the functions and use of the Infinity Hybrid Heat Pump. Your electrician did a fantastic job! We would recommend the Infinity system to anyone.

When planning our new home in August of 2006 we contacted Noakes for an estimate and their suggestion on the type of heating/cooling system that would be the most energy efficient. Jay suggested a Carrier heat pump and explained its benefits. We have been completely satisfied with the efficiency of the heat pump and also the service and help we get if we ever make a phone call to Noakes. Whoever answers the phone is usually able to answer any question we may have in one phone call. We've been customers of Noakes for almost ten years and I would recommend them to anyone for their heating/cooling needs. Their employees are friendly and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to assist you in any way they can.

Our furnace was well outdated and started acting up during a very cold week. Knowing it was probably time to replace it I called Noakes. Russ came out, checked everything out and got a price together. In the meantime, he had Gary come get our old unit going until the new one came in. They were both super knowledgeable and helpful. Within 3 days we went from not having heat to having a new furnace and ac unit installed and the installation guys did a fantastic job. Overall we are very pleased and will definitely call them for our heating and a/c needs.
